My elderly mum was visited by a nurse today. My mum showed her a burn on her hand that she’d done accidentally on the oven shelf. The nurse responded by saying, that was stupid wasn’t it. I was in the room too. I thought that was extremely unprofessional and my mum feels really hurt by her comment. What should we do?
