Studying on a Graduate visa

Yes, you can study while on a Graduate visa, but there is an important restriction. You cannot study a course that would itself be eligible for sponsorship under the Student visa route with a licensed Student sponsor. If your chosen course is one that a Student sponsor could sponsor and it meets the Student route requirements, you are expected to apply for a Student visa (or extend your existing Student visa) for it rather than study it on the Graduate visa.
